As a mediator, I am dedicated to helping parties resolve their disputes, their way. That's the reason I call it "Solving Your Solution" - the purpose of a mediation is to facilitate an outcome chosen by the parties. The mediator's role is to guide the parties in crafting their own outcome, thereby avoiding the snowballing expense and uncertainty of continuing litigation and trial.
Mediator, Joshua Spector
Joshua brings a wealth of litigation experience to his mediation practice, having practiced law in Miami and Fort Lauderdale since 2002. A board certified business litigator, outside general counsel, author of Florida's premier book on defense pleading and motion practice, Joshua has an expert's view on the legal issues and strategies impacting disputes. Moreover, Joshua has practiced in international "BigLaw" firms and as a solo practitioner, representing both Davids and Goliaths. This experience lends a rare perspective that is useful to mediation.
Joshua is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator for Circuit and County Courts. Additionally, Joshua works as a neutral in other venues, including as a panelist for the American Arbitration Association, a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, and with other arbitral bodies.Â
